Our resort in Fintel is perfectly located between two regions with varied landscapes and hiking opportunities. The Lüneburg Heath is not only worth a visit when the heather is in bloom, here you can hike through beautiful nature at any time of year. In the district of Rotenburg (Wümme), heathland, moorland, forest and geest alternate and offer suitable routes for every taste with the northern trails. Since the beginning of 2025, the Lüneburg Heath Resort has been certified by the German Hiking Association as a “Quality Host Hikeable Germany”.
